Find Realistic Ways to Reduce Stress
Work can be stressful! Chronic stress can really take a toll on on our health and contribute to weight gain, anxiety, difficulty making decision & overall just feeling blah! Try small ways to reduce stress throughout the day such as listening to peaceful or happy music, going for a 10 min walk outside in the fresh air, standing up from your desk every hour to stretch or do yoga or try eat lunch outside with a co-worker.
